  • Standard Shipping: Standard shipping is done by CANADA POST. It takes between 3-5 days for domestic delivery within Canada and between 7 to 10 days for international deliveries.

  • Express Shipping: Available with additional costs and can be selected at checkout

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all locations within Canada and the United States of America.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended, and we appreciate your patience.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and the shipping method selected. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over 200 Canadian dollars within Canada. Note that this offer may be subject to change without prior notice.
6. Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by visiting the CANADA POST's website and entering your tracking number.
7. Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, customs processing, and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times.
8. International Shipping
For international orders, please be aware of potential customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions in your country. VEEV CLOTHIERS is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during the customs process.
9. Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other issues, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
10. Shipping Delays
We strive to meet our estimated delivery times, but occasionally, shipping delays may occur. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Return & Exchange Policy


Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days or the value processed to store credit for future purchases.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.



We cover the return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with size exchanges or other non-defective exchanges.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Provide details and, if possible, include photos of the damage. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
